Off Our Rockers Senior Program!

Class meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday @ 10am. Come early and walk in the gym, or on Wednesdays you can join a Tai Chi class at 9:00 am.  There are a variety of classes offered, from strength training to yoga, and everything in between. 

Come and join us! This is a wonderful opportunity to meet other seniors and get you heart rate up with exercise. For those of the esteemed age of 55 and older only!
