About Us
The Camden Community Recreation Center is the central hub for our organization. Inside, there is a fully equipped work out room, a group exercise room, two racquetball courts, a basketball court, a gymnasium for gymnastics, a “Tot Drop” facility, locker rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and our community room. The kitchen and community room are available for the public to rent for various functions. And right behind the building, we have an Olympic size pool. The REC Center also houses our office staff, along with many of our departments: Health & Fitness, Athletics, Gymnastics, Aquatics, Programs, and Transportation. At this same address, there are also several facilities surrounding the building. Across our parking lot, we have a newly resurfaced ¼ mile track. To our side, we have a football stadium that seats up to 8,900 people and has newly installed artificial field turf. Out back, we have Phase II-a four field baseball/softball complex complete with concession stand and seating for fans. And behind Phase II, we have a model plane run-way. We are responsible for the maintenance of all of these facilities, inside and out.
