A back-to-the basics approach to endurance, resistance training and flexibility using the fitness pyramid.
Yoga
Combines a variety of poses to improve strength, flexibility and balance. It incorporates all aspects of the mind, body, and spirit.
Kickboxing I
A class designed to integrate martial arts and aerobic training for all levels of participants. Expect to punch, kick, and sculpt your way to fitness.
Core Crazy
This class is designed for explosiveness in your muscles. It is both aerobic and anaerobic. Get ready to catch your breath in this fast moving class. You will build and tone your muscles in this class.
Beginner Spin
This class is designed to give you a good cardio workout while the music gets you in the mood to climb hills, sprint and ride freely.
Indoor Cycling
This class is designed to rev up your heart rate and give you full body workout to last throughout the day. Take the “Beginner Spin” first before you venture out into this advanced class.
Cut & Groove
Is a class designed to tone and shape the body while going through short intervals of cardio dance, and strength training.
Basic Step
A high intensity high/low impact class utilizing the step.
Step Challenge
An advanced step class that is challenging-for experienced steppers.
Define & Refine
Muscle conditioning class designed to reshape your physique. Participants will have the opportunity to see their progress as the intensity increases.
Kickboxing II
A high intensity (low or high impact) class designed to keep your heart rate elevated by shaping your entire body with punching, kicking, combos with jabs, upper-cuts and an array of kicks, jumps and punching.
Tai Chi
Combines mental and physical balances in your body for strength and balance. This ancient technique is of the orient and has been known to stimulate your mind, joints and muscles.
Hip-Hop Cardio/ Dance
This class will raise your heart rate with dance moves and music to keep you “movin-n-groovin”. It’s a cardio workout with a dance routine that is fun and easy to learn.
3T
Come and collect what you’re owed. Trim your thighs, tone your tush and tighten your tummy.
TGIF
This class gives you the option of doing high impact more advanced moves or low impact move for someone just starting the class for the first time. This class will give you a taste of our classes. Check ” I can’t at the door.”
Boot Camp
Ever been in the military? Well this class give you a little taste of what it is like to do push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, running, bear crawling, bending, stretching, pulling, lunging and jumping all rolled up into one-hour of cardio and sculpting exercises.
“Fat Sizzlin” w/Abs
Melt away the pounds in this cardio based class that keeps your heart rate in the range that is targeted just for burning fat and end the class with a abdominal workout.
Qigong
often called “Chinese Yoga” Qigong is a form of exercise that combines simple and gentle flowing movement with attention to posture and breathing.
Zumba
Interval training class that is taught to the sound of international rhythms.
Cardio Mix
This class will raise your heart rate with dance moves and music to keep you “movin’ and groovin’. ” Its a cario workout with a dance routine that is fun and easy to learn.
Drills and Skills & Circuit Training
These classes give you a little taste of what it is like to do push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, running, bear crawling, bending, stretching, pulling, lunging, and jumping all rolled into one hour of cardio and sculpting exercises.
High Energy
Exhilerating! Work your entire body with a combination of Kickbox, Step, resistance training, and sports conditioning moves.
Stretch w/ Abs
Basic stretching for all levels with special attention to your core.
Pilates
Focuses on the core postural muscles, which help keep the body balanced, and which are essential to providing support for the spine. Pilates teaches awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aims to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
